With our apartment restaurant, our goal is to break with the often rigid atmosphere of the fine dining category and to deliver a high-toned, quality and unbeatable experience in a cozy and friendly environment. The idea was inspired by the success of dinner parties with our friends. In the beginning, we always held our dinners on Wednesdays, making it the highlight of our week. Later, ‘Wednesday night’ became a phrase amongst our friends and whenever we met, it was ‘Wednesday night’ regardless of what the actual day it was. We aim to bring back the atmosphere of these evenings and share an unforgettable dinner with our guests.
Hungarian and slavic cuisine is the primary inspiration for our menu; classic yet essentially reinterpreted dishes are served on our plates. Outstanding quality is of very high importance to us, thus we purchase all our raw materials from small domestic producers and we procure our organic wine selection from small wineries exclusively.
